Delivery
The report is generated right after payment and sent to the email address you enter at checkout, usually within a minute. You receive it as an email with a PDF attachment. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Refunds
If the report is not delivered or is materially wrong, you get a full refund on request within 7 days. As the report is delivered immediately, the 14-day withdrawal right is waived with your consent at checkout.

Is the report a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment of €14.90. There is no recurring charge, no renewal, and no account is created.
How and when is the report delivered?
The report is generated immediately after payment and sent to the email address you enter at checkout — usually within a minute, as an email with a PDF attachment. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived after a few minutes.
What if the report is wrong or never arrives?
If the report is not delivered or is materially wrong, you get a full refund on request within 7 days. Because delivery starts immediately, the 14-day withdrawal right is waived with your consent at checkout.
Do I have to own the domain?
No. You only need the domain name; no proof of ownership is required. The report relies on public DNS records and public web checks.
