Last updated: 10 October 2026

The French version prevails. This English translation is provided for convenience only. These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of the Domain Health Report offered on fkinfast.com to consumers. Any order placed on the site implies their unreserved acceptance.

Purpose

The Seller offers for sale a digital report titled Domain Health Report. It is a one-off service: the analysis of a domain name and the delivery of a summary report, sold as a single unit at the price of €14.90, with no subscription or renewal.

The report is published and sold by:

Seller:
Amos MIGNERY
Legal form:
Individual entrepreneur (EI)
Address:
61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France
SIRET:
983 848 086 00036

Ordering

Orders are placed exclusively online, from the order page on the site.

Payment is processed by Stripe Checkout. Before payment, the customer sees a summary of the order (nature of the service, price, billing details) and must accept these terms and conditions of sale.

The customer gives express prior consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code. This consent and acknowledgment are collected at checkout.

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed by Stripe. An order confirmation is sent to the customer by email.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, in particular the email address and the domain name to be analysed.

Price

The price of the report is €14.90, sold as a single unit.

The Seller operates as a micro-enterprise and benefits from the VAT franchise in base: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code.

The price is displayed in euros before the order is confirmed. No additional fees are added at the time of payment.

Payment

Payment is made online by bank card via Stripe, a payment services provider.

Payment data (card number, security code, etc.) is entered and processed directly by Stripe. It never passes through FKINFAST servers and is neither stored nor accessible to the Seller.

Payment is due immediately on ordering. The order is definitive only once payment is confirmed by Stripe.

Delivery

The report is digital content delivered by email to the address provided at the time of payment.

Delivery takes place within minutes of payment confirmation. In the event of a technical incident or exceptional traffic, this period may be extended but will not exceed a few hours.

If the email does not appear in the inbox, the customer is invited to check the spam folder and to verify the email address provided.

If the report is not received, support can be contacted using the details in the Complaints section; the report will be resent free of charge.

Right of withdrawal

In principle, consumers have fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

As the report is digital content supplied immediately, the customer expressly waives that right in accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, which excludes withdrawal for the immediate supply of digital content where the consumer has given express prior consent and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal.

This express prior consent and acknowledgment are collected at checkout, before payment.

The customer retains the benefit of the commercial refund guarantee described in the following section.

Commercial refund guarantee

Independently of the statutory warranties, the Seller provides a commercial satisfaction guarantee: the customer may request a full refund of the report within seven (7) days of delivery, on simple request and without having to provide a reason.

This guarantee is granted once per customer, as a goodwill gesture.

Abusive or repeated requests are excluded, for example multiple requests from the same customer after an initial refund or manifestly unfair use of the service.

Requests must be sent by email to the details in the Complaints section. Refunds are made to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Statutory warranties

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the digital content with the contract, under Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. In the event of non-conformity, the customer may request that the report be brought into conformity, a price reduction or termination of the contract, under the conditions provided by law.

The Seller is also liable for defects in the item sold under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code (warranty for hidden defects).

These statutory warranties apply independently of the commercial guarantee and are not limited by it.

Amicable dispute resolution — Consumer mediation

Pursuant to Articles L. 611-1 and R. 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code on the amicable settlement of disputes:

Where consumers have sent a written complaint to the professional and have not obtained satisfaction or a reply within two months, they may submit the complaint free of charge to the consumer mediator. The mediator must be contacted within one year of the initial complaint at the latest.

The mediator MCP MEDIATION can be contacted online at: www.mcpmediation.org — or by post: MÉDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION ET PATRIMOINE - 12 Square Desnouettes - 75015 Paris.

Failing an amicable solution, consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform:
