Report not delivered?
The report is sent by email within a minute of payment, as an HTML message with a PDF attachment. Check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, email us and we resend it or refund you.
Refunds
If the report is not delivered or is materially wrong, you get a full refund on request within 7 days. The report is delivered immediately, so the 14-day withdrawal right is waived with your consent at checkout.
